Key Account Manager Mexico and future Sales Leader

The Schippers Group is a global leader in hygiene solutions for intensive livestock farming. Mexico is a key growth market for us. In recent years, we have successfully built a network of distributors. Now it’s time for the next, decisive step: conquering the top of the market.
That’s why we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager who can open doors to the biggest players in Mexico’s pig and poultry sector. You are a strategic connector who not only sells directly but also takes our distributor network to the next level

What are you going to do?
Your mission: building dominance in the Mexican market. As Key Account Manager, you will have a dual focus that is crucial to our success:
- Direct impact at key accounts: You are the driving force behind our entry into the top tier of the pig and poultry sector. You build C-level relationships, understand their challenges, and offer our high-end MS Gold biosecurity products and ear tags as the solution.
- Strategic partner management: You will orchestrate our success through the distributor network. You manage, coach and support our five current distributors. Together with them, you shape sales and marketing strategies to grow both their business and ours.

Your responsibilities:
- Market development:
Identify and open doors to the largest players in the central Mexican pig and poultry sector. - Commercial success:
Actively promote and sell our portfolio, with a special focus on making our latest innovation – the MS TopFoam Power HyBag® – a household name in Mexico. - Distributor management:
Build strategic partnerships with distributors, supporting them with sales and marketing strategies, product training, and joint customer visits. - Technical leadership:
Coordinate successful trials and technical support for customers, working closely with our distributors’ technicians and our local team. Networking & representation: Represent Schippers at national and international trade shows and conferences. Organize and lead study trips for key accounts to our headquarters in the Netherlands. - Strategic growth:
Actively contribute to the future growth of the business. In consultation with management, develop plans to expand the local team and open a dedicated Schippers Mexico office.

Your profile: a commercial strategist with a pioneer mindset, with previous experience at an international company. We’re not just looking for a salesperson. We’re looking for a future leader.

You have a strong and active network in the Mexican pig and/or poultry sector. You know the players, the challenges, and the opportunities. - Entrepreneurial and self-starting:
You take initiative, are proactive, and act as an owner of your market. You are based in central Mexico. - Natural leader:
You are an excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels, and capable of inspiring, coaching, and leading both distributors and future colleagues. - Languages:
You are fluent in Spanish and preferably speak professional-level English.
