As our Germany specialist you focus on connecting with German, Austrian and Swiss companies with operations in LATAM. 

Because you are connected with their chambers of commerce in LATAM you have a clear picture of the industries & companies that are in the process of entering the LATAM market.

You are a relationship builder and able to make Conexión the preferred recruitment agency for their LATAM positions.

What will you be doing?

First month

• Investigating German, Austrian and Swiss industries in LATAM
• Building relations with chambers of commerce
• Prospecting companies based on well defined criteria

• Connecting with key decision makers in these companies
• Promoting & positioning Conexión as a real alternative for their executive & professional recruitment challenges

• Identify recruitment opportunities
• Gather all relevant information from the client (position, job description etc)
• Create winning proposals & Follow up
