Technical Lead (.NET)

Profile Summary

The Technical Lead is responsible for the architectural direction, technical strategy, and execution quality of a team’s software projects. He or she combines deep .NET expertise with modern Agentic and Orchestration programming approaches to deliver intelligent, distributed systems. 

The role requires hands-on coding, mentoring, and governance of AI-assisted development with Claude Code.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the technical vision for projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead design sessions for multi-agent, orchestrated .NET systems, integrating APIs, AI services, and microservices.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions using Azure Functions, Dapr, and Durable Task Frameworks.
  • Oversee and guide use of Claude Code as a team productivity and code-review assistant.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product managers to align technical execution with business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development workflows across the team.
  • Mentor engineers in advanced architecture, orchestration, and leadership skills.
  • Ensure documentation, governance, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Required Experience

  • 8–12+ years of professional software development / engineering experience.
  • Proven leadership of .NET engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications.
  • Deep expertise in Agentic programming (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and Orchestration (Azure Durable Functions, Dapr, Logic Apps).
  • Proficient in Claude Code and other AI-assisted coding environments.
  • Strong grasp of architectural principles, CI/CD, and security.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Offer

  • Base Salary: range 16MM - 20MM per month
  • Indefinite Contract including all Colombian Benefits
  • 100% Remote position (in Colombia)
  • Trips to Curaçao to meet the local team, clients and owners
  • Join a Colombian remote group of 12+ people
