Bar & Lounge Manager - Marriott Beach Resort Curaçao

Profile

• You are an experienced Bar / Lounge manager who worked independently in well known hotels, exclusive Bars or fine dining restaurants.

• You are an expert in cocktails & wines.

• You bring top level professionalism combined with an inviting & warm personality that matches the luxury Caribbean island vibe of Marriott's Beach Resort.

• You have proven experience with Delivering Excellent Customer Service during your career.

• You feel very comfortable in an international environment and can speak several languages of which English, Dutch and Spanish are the most important ones.

• You enjoy working with and managing international hotel bar crews.

Your job

Your role will be managing the amazing Bar Lounge of Marriott's beach resort and set the tone & level of service with your crew to make the each guest vacation a huge success.

Candidates

Preferably US or Dutch passport holders (due to permit requirements), however we welcome any other nationality to apply.

Job Offer

• Work and live on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean.

• Salary between USD 3,000 and USD 4,000 gross per month (depending on experience).

• We do not offer accommodation; however, our manager benefits package includes the following:

  • Flight to Curaçao

  • Visa processing and work permit handled and paid for by Marriott.

  • Choice between assistance with shipment of household up to a certain amount or a one-time allowance in Curacao up to a certain amount for furnishing of apartment. 

  • Participation in the quarterly management bonus program. The potential bonus is half a month's salary per quarter.
