Bartender Position

Currently we are looking for 3 bilingual Bartenders to serve the clients of Marriott Beach Resort in Curaçao.

This position is for a fixed term of 3 years, with the possibility of extension to an indefinite contract, based on mutual agreement and performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and preparing cocktails, beer, and wine according to recipes or customer preferences.

• Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and fostering a friendly environment.

• Bar Maintenance: Cleaning the bar area, washing glasses, and cleaning tools throughout the shift.

• Inventory & Stocking: Restocking bottles, kegs, and garnishes, and managing inventory levels.

• Cash Handling & Compliance: Processing payments via POS, managing tabs, and enforcing alcohol regulations.

• Experience: Previous bartending or hospitality experience of min 3 years is required.

• Language: Advanced English is required to serve a very international clientele

• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and speed in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long hours and lift up to

• Base salary of USD 1500

• 16 vacation days per year ( prorated in the first year)
